Knowing that many of you have not been to our newest site, (Camp Sylvia Stapley, Stillwater, OK) —Findley took it upon himself to make a tour of the facility with his entourage. Below you will find the "must know" information that will make your visit easy as stealing cheese from a plate on the floor.
The first thing you will want to know about is unloading and parking
If you have things to Unload: Drive straight into the camp, all the way to the circle driveway in front of the hall. (You will see the hall on the left and Mooneschadowe's Trade Day pavilions on the right.) You should unload your things first and then go around the circle back down to the various parking fields.
When you park your car, Findley suggests that you walk back to the Hall on this shaded foot path (on the south side of the road). He claims that it is easier on short legs.

Fun Stuff
The Trade Day Pavilions and the List Fields will all be set up in front of the hall here. (Although Findley is posing with a human for scale in the middle of the field, he would like to draw your attention to the greenwood all around and the amazing amount of shade!)
Findley inspected the amphitheater just behind the Hall, and has determined that the bardic circle will take place in the shade of the trees. (Where we can all be cooler, but still admire the little amphitheater.) This is close enough to the Trade Day pavilions that you can run over to change your offers on a trade if you acquire largess you might want to trade.
Brewing Class & Lunch Sideboard will take place at the Hall:
Less Fun, but Neccessary:
There is a substantial bath-house beside the Hall, with multiple flush toilets and showers on both the ladies and gentlemen's sides.
Extras
The site has walking trails all over it. A short one to the south of the Trade Days field goes to a wooden pavillion. It also has a working water trough/wash tub by the circle drive if an artisan might want to set up there.
We hope to see you at Trade Day!
